Michael is a Connecticut based photographer with a passion for capturing the stunning beauty of the natural world. In 2011, prior to taking a trip to Yosemite National Park, Michael decided to purchase a DSLR camera and learn the basics of landscape photography. Over the years Michael began to immerse himself in his craft, taking photos around his native New England as well as on adventures to Lake Tahoe, the American Southwest, the Rocky Mountains, and even the Greek Islands.
In 2017, Michael became employed by his local camera store where he mastered the techniques of fine art printing and photo restoration. Michael also enjoys educating other photographers on everything from finding their perfect gear, beginner to advanced level photography, photo editing skills and more.
While not making images, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and dog, hiking and snowboarding. His camera gear currently includes the Nikon d850, Fuji X100V, and an assortment of Tamron and Sigma Lenses. Michael also uses Benro tripods and filters.
All of Michael’s images are available for purchase as fine art prints. Custom matting and framing options are available upon request. All prints are also available for permanent display in commercial spaces and temporary display in galleries.
